Benjamin Maughan is a Senior Vice President and General Manager at XPERI, where Ben leads the TiVo Consumer and Stream Platform business. His responsibilities include Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Support, & Operations for the TiVo Stream 4K, TiVo EDGE DVR, and Stream Platform products.

Prior to this most recent role, he led Business Development, Product, and Client Services within TiVo’s Data and Advertising business group. His responsibilities included all business and technology partnerships for TiVo’s advertising technology stack as well as development and support of TiVo’s core data product, TiVo TV Viewership Data. Ben has 30 granted patents, with an additional 30 patents pending.

Prior to TiVo, Ben was at Neustar in Corporate Strategy where he led the integration of TargusInfo and the review of the Aggregate Knowledge acquisition. Before Neustar, Ben was the Head of Business Operations for Cisco’s Sports and Entertainment Solutions Group, an internal start-up focused on the sports vertical led by its StadiumVision and ConnectedStadium WiFi solutions. While earning his MBA at Brigham Young University, Ben co-founded Klymit, a successful outdoor gear and apparel company.

Outside of his career, Ben’s passions include his family, his garden, an unhealthy addiction to rugby, and helping entrepreneurs start successful companies.
